Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packs don’t reset monthly.

Choose by usage

For regular access to international websites or online work, compare monthly plans first. For occasional cross-border access, consider a data pack. The difference is the data allowance and billing method, not the number of devices.

Included with every plan

When choosing a tier, focus on whether the data allowance fits your needs. Device support, route coverage, and the refund guarantee don’t require a higher data tier.

Unlimited devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Import your subscription on your devices, with no limit on simultaneous connections. More devices may mean more background syncing and video streaming, but all data usage still counts toward your selected plan.

90+ countries / 180+ routes

Routes to mainland China and international routes serve different access needs. First identify the region where your target service is available, then choose a suitable route; don’t decide based only on the region name or distance. See the Nodes page for route types and regional details.

Bank-grade encryption

Connect using a client and follow the setup guide. Your subscription link grants access to your account, so keep it on your own devices. When troubleshooting, don’t post the full link in public forums or include your account password in screenshots.

Setup Guides and Troubleshooting

See the setup guide for instructions on importing your subscription. If something goes wrong, check for subscription updates, connection status, and the target region first. Streaming access also depends on platform accounts and regional rules; route coverage does not guarantee access to all content.

Get the client and subscription details from the user panel. Sign in to download the client on all platforms except iOS. The panel checks plan eligibility for the iOS option; this marketing page does not provide installation files or direct subscription links.

Compare billing options

Don’t compare only the upfront price. Consider reset rules, total data allowance, and how often you use the service together.

Best forRegular use with data planned monthlyOccasional use based on actual data consumption

If you mainly browse the web and work with documents, start with a smaller allowance and track your actual usage. If video streaming and file transfers make up a larger share of your activity, allow for their data use. Video quality, content type, and background downloads all affect usage, even over the same viewing time. That’s why we don’t convert plan allowances into fixed streaming hours or promise a set number of days of use.

Device limits and data allowances are separate. Unlimited devices means you can use the service on your own devices; it doesn’t give each device a separate allowance. Before choosing a larger plan, check your usage in the panel and compare your needs with the available data. Don’t choose a higher tier based only on its lower cost per GB.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Check payment and order status in the user panel.

Check your plan before paying

After opening the panel from a plan card, make sure you’re in the right account, then check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing method. Pay close attention to the difference between a monthly plan, which resets each month on the activation date, and a data pack, which lasts until used and never expires. Once you’ve confirmed your choice, follow the payment instructions on the order page.

Pay as instructed on the order page

For Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the instructions shown for your current order. For USDT, carefully verify the recipient details, network, and amount listed on the payment page. Don’t rely on old screenshots or details from another order. This page does not provide a payment address; use the details shown on the current order in your own panel.

Return to the panel to check the result

After paying, return to the panel to check your order status and subscription details. If the payment service shows the payment as complete but the panel hasn’t updated, first check that the order matches your payment record. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t changed yet. For further help, use the support ticket portal to provide your order details and describe the issue. Redact sensitive information in screenshots.

Refund Requests and Information to Prepare

The refund policy explains eligibility and how requests are handled. Submit your request through the user panel; don’t post account details on a public page.

Read the refund policy →

Before submitting a request, check the relevant order and your current subscription status. Clearly explain what you’re requesting in a support ticket and include enough information to identify the order. If there’s also an issue with the payment status or subscription display, describe what happened. You don’t need to share your account password or full subscription link.

After submitting, check for replies and provide any necessary details in the same ticket rather than splitting the issue across multiple tickets. For eligibility and handling rules, read the refund policy and Terms of Service. This page does not promise a refund processing time or describe an unverified payment status as a completed refund.

Billing and Refund FAQs

Find details on pricing, device limits, payment methods, and data reset rules.

How much do monthly plans cost? Which data pack should I choose?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they never expire and last until used. Choose a monthly plan for regular use or compare data packs for occasional use.

How many devices can I use at once?

There’s no device limit, including for simultaneous connections. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. All devices on the same account share the selected plan’s data allowance; each device does not get a separate allowance.

How long is the money-back guarantee, and how do I request a refund?

There’s a 60-day money-back guarantee. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain your refund request, and include the relevant order details. Review the refund policy before submitting; eligibility and handling are governed by the policy. Never include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and check its price, data allowance, and billing terms. Follow the order page to complete payment, then return to the panel to check your order status and subscription details.

When does monthly plan data reset? How do upgrades work?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Resets don’t follow the calendar month. Before changing plans, check your subscription status and upgrade details in the user panel; an upgrade does not simply add the new allowance to the old one.

Do data packs expire?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They don’t reset monthly or gain extra data when a new month begins, making them suitable for users whose access needs vary and who prefer to use data as needed.
