Service Scope

VPNFlat provides routes to mainland China, cross-border access, and network acceleration subscriptions, covering 90+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes carry network requests and do not include third-party website memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility.

Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; subscriptions can be viewed after logging in. Before use, check the plan's data allowance, billing method, and device environment. Access to third-party services remains subject to their regional rules, account status, and service policies.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and report the situation through a user panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for devices belonging to the account holder. This does not permit multiple people to share an account. Lending, transferring, or reselling an account or subscription is prohibited, as is setting up shared access for others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated according to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their activities, and follow the rules of platforms they access. The service must not be used for illegal activities, infringing others' legal rights, or distributing content prohibited by law.

Unauthorized access to another person's systems, data theft, spam, fraud, and malicious attacks are prohibited. Do not use automated abuse, disrupt networks, or consume public resources in a way that affects other users. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts; a network connection does not authorize such activity.

Availability and Responsibility

Network performance depends on local access, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance, and the status of the destination platform. VPNFlat does not guarantee access from every region, at all times, or through every third-party app, nor does it guarantee a specific transfer speed. Maintenance or faults may cause temporary interruptions; check panel notices and your actual connection.

If you encounter an issue, consult the troubleshooting guide first, then submit any necessary error details. Third-party platforms are responsible for their content, transactions, and account decisions. To the extent permitted by law, VPNFlat is responsible for network interruptions beyond its reasonable control and for third-party conduct as applicable; this section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases of illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, payment fraud, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNFlat may take measures based on the risk, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts. In urgent risk situations, necessary measures may be taken first to protect the service and other users.

If you disagree with a restriction, request a review through a user panel ticket, providing details of what happened and relevant records. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. Reviews will consider verifiable information and applicable law; account restrictions do not automatically remove users' legal rights.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNFlat may update these terms when service rules or applicable laws change and will show the latest update date on this page. Changes affecting users' important rights will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights users have already acquired under the law.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for instructions.
