Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund scope, application process, and payment return procedures for VPNFlat subscriptions. Submit requests through the user panel; the order verification record in the relevant ticket determines the outcome.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to cite connection failures, speed issues, or any other reason for using the service to qualify. The ticket submission record determines when a request was made; verification afterward does not change its submission time.

Specify which order you want reviewed when applying. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain valid until used and never expire. A data package’s validity does not extend the refund window. If you have renewals, upgrades, or multiple payments, list each one so eligibility can be checked against the relevant order.

Eligible Situations and Payment Checks

You may apply within the window above if the service does not meet your needs, is incompatible with your device environment, or your plans change. Troubleshooting connection issues is optional assistance, not a required step for a refund. A working connection or partially used data alone is not grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund.

Requests made after the refund window are outside this policy’s commitment. For unsuccessful payments, completed refunds, or transactions reversed by a payment provider, the order status must first be verified to avoid duplicate returns. If payment records do not match the account, data usage appears abnormal, or an account is suspected of violating the terms of service, we may request additional verification materials. We will not impose a data threshold based only on a vague claim of “excessive usage,” nor treat an account restriction as automatically voiding refund eligibility.

If a request cannot be processed as submitted after verification, the ticket will explain the relevant order, the specific reason, and any information still needed. You may raise an objection in the same ticket.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open Tickets, request a refund, and list the orders to be reviewed.
  2. Provide the order number, payment method, payment date and time, and amount paid. If the order status appears unusual, you may attach proof of successful payment and redact personal information unrelated to the transaction.
  3. Add any verification materials to the original ticket, confirm the refund arrangements, and keep the record for future reference.

You do not need to submit browsing history to explain your refund request. Do not send account passwords, complete subscription links, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases. If you cannot sign in, check the available account assistance options from the panel’s sign-in page. Do not post payment details on public pages.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are generally returned through the original payment channel. A confirmed refund will not be replaced by a requirement to buy another plan or convert the amount into account balance. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the reason will first be explained in a ticket and a workable arrangement confirmed with the applicant before processing. You will never be asked to make an additional payment to an unfamiliar recipient account.

USDT transfers follow a different return process from payment platform transactions and cannot use the same transaction reversal procedure. The original transaction record, network, and receiving address must be verified in a ticket before a refund is sent. Do not identify a network based only on how an address looks, and do not provide a receiving address you cannot control. Any amount or network fee details must be clarified before processing; this page does not set an exchange rate or fee schedule.

Checking Refund Status and Next Steps

Refund confirmation, payment channel processing, and receipt of funds are separate steps. Processing by the payment channel, account status, or on-chain confirmations may affect timing, so this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Check the ticket record and the original payment channel’s transaction history; submitting a request does not mean the money has already been returned.

If a refund is marked as returned but has not appeared in your account, add the order number and current transaction status to the original ticket so the return record can be checked. Once a refund is complete, the subscription benefits for that order will be adjusted accordingly. List any questions about other orders separately. See the Terms of Service for account and service rules, and the Privacy Policy for information about how application materials are handled.
