Choose by platform, route, device, and access direction
Key tips for China access and cross-border connections
First identify the direction of access, then choose a route and configure your client. The windows below illustrate features and do not show the current connection status of your device. For actual routes and account details, check the user dashboard after signing in.
Mainland China access
Hong Kong · IEPL dedicated route
Accessing content hosted in mainland China from abroad requires a different route direction than accessing international websites.
Open the destination page and check sign-in, loading, and uninterrupted playback.
When using a route to mainland China during peak hours, focus on whether your usual services keep loading—not just whether the client says it is connected. If you are outside China and accessing content hosted in mainland China, select the relevant China route group first, then test a website or app you normally use. If it feels slow, check your local Wi-Fi, pause background downloads, and compare route types under the same conditions. IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections are different paths; none is best in every environment. Keeping an alternative suited to your location makes troubleshooting easier than switching regions repeatedly.
Connection protection
Bank-grade encryption
Your username and password are for your own sign-in only.
Import them only on your own devices; do not share them publicly.
Bank-grade encryption describes VPNFlat's connection protection, but you should still pay attention to the security boundaries of your device, account, and destination website. A connection service cannot replace a website's own encryption or account access controls. Use a unique password for your account and retrieve your subscription only from the user dashboard. Treat the subscription link as a personal access credential. When sharing screenshots for troubleshooting, hide passwords, subscription links, and tokens; never post your full configuration in a public forum. If you have connection issues, first verify the client source and imported settings. See the privacy policy for information about handling account data.
Connected simultaneously
Unlimited devices
- Windows Desktop work
- macOS Desktop work
- iOS Mobile use
- Android Mobile use
- Linux Desktop and development
Use as many devices as you need and switch between your own computers and mobile devices without repeatedly disconnecting just to change devices. VPNFlat supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Install a client and import your subscription separately on each platform. Device limits and plan data are different things: simultaneous connections are unlimited, but plan data is not. Keep an eye on your remaining account balance when using multiple devices. After connecting a new device, test your browser and usual apps before adjusting split-tunneling settings. Keep your subscription private; do not share its link publicly.
Web and development environments
Check which network path the app is using
Check whether your browser can open the target tool and sign-in page.
Check proxy settings in your terminal, editor, and runtime environment.
When using AI tools, assess network connectivity separately from platform account eligibility. A webpage opening in your browser does not mean your terminal, editor, or background tasks are using the same exit route. If an API request fails, check the network settings and error details for the relevant application. Choose a region supported by the target platform and, where possible, keep the exit consistent rather than switching during sign-in or task execution. VPNFlat provides international access routes; it does not include third-party tool memberships or API credits, and it cannot override platform rules for accounts, regions, or content. For errors, first distinguish connection timeouts from account verification or quota issues, then address the relevant cause.
Content region
Match the route region to the content library
Confirm the content's region first, then choose the corresponding route.
Open the title page and start playback to check for sustained loading.
Access to regional streaming libraries depends on your exit region, platform rules, and account status. A title being available in a particular region does not mean every account will see the same library after switching routes. First confirm the content's region, choose the corresponding exit, then reopen the platform and test playback. Reaching the home page alone does not confirm playback works. If playback buffers, check your local network and background traffic, then compare alternative routes in the same region. Platforms may change how they identify regions and manage licensing, so the route preview is not a promise of permanent access. VPNFlat subscriptions do not include streaming memberships; playback eligibility is determined by the platform.
Refund policy
60-day no-questions-asked refund
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
Submit a ticket through the user dashboard with the relevant order details.
VPNFlat offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Before choosing a subscription, check the data allowance, reset schedule, and supported platforms. List the apps and regions you use most, then decide whether a plan fits. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packs remain available until used and never expire. These options suit different usage patterns. To request a refund, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and your request. Do not share account credentials or full subscription links on public pages. Read the refund policy for eligibility details; feature previews do not replace the order details or terms.
Choose based on how you use it, not just route labels
Accessing mainland China, working across borders, and everyday streaming do not all place the same demands on a network. If you need to access services in mainland China from abroad, first check that you need a route in that direction. For cross-border work, check whether apps beyond your browser are using the proxy. For streaming, test actual playback. Separating these checks helps identify whether an issue comes from your local connection, route choice, or destination platform, rather than relying only on the client's connection indicator.
VPNFlat brings route selection, device setup, and plan management into one workflow. No email address is required; just use a username and password. Sign in to the dashboard to get your personal subscription, then import it on each device. Compare services using details you can verify: supported platforms, device limits, clear data rules, and an accessible refund policy. Follow the setup guide for configuration steps.
Popular regions and route typespreview
Coverage spans 90+ countries and 180+ routes. The table below shows common starting points for route selection, not a complete availability list. Check the user dashboard and your client's updated subscription for current options.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming verification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL dedicated route | Verify based on the selected region and your account |
| China | Shanghai | Relay | Verify with the mainland China service you want to access |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | Verify based on the selected region and your account |
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated route | Verify based on the selected region and your account |
| United States | Los Angeles | Direct | Verify based on the selected region and your account |
| Canada | Toronto | Relay | Verify based on the selected region and your account |
The region determines your exit direction; the route type describes the connection path. IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections should not be ranked in a fixed order because local carriers, connection methods, and destination services all affect performance. Start with a region suited to your use case, test your usual services on the same network, and check page loading, file transfers, or uninterrupted playback before deciding which route to keep.
If only one app is having trouble while your browser works, check that app's proxy and split-tunneling settings first. If all sites are slow to load, confirm your local connection works normally, then update your subscription and reconnect. For ongoing issues, use the troubleshooting guide to document what happens. When submitting a ticket, include your device platform, route name, and a screenshot of the error with sensitive information hidden.

Clients and subscription setup
Sign in and get your subscription from the user dashboard. You can download a client there after signing in, except for iOS; the iOS option appears in the dashboard based on account eligibility. All links here lead to the dashboard; no public installers are provided.
After installation, import your settings and test the connection
After downloading the client, return to the user dashboard to find your personal subscription and follow the instructions for your platform. If your system asks for VPN or network extension permissions, verify the client you are using before approving them. Once the settings are imported successfully, you should see a route list. If the list is empty, first check whether the subscription updated successfully rather than reinstalling the software.
Desktop and mobile devices have different permission settings and background-running policies. If a mobile connection drops after switching apps, check the system's background and battery-saving settings. If a browser works on desktop but other software does not, check whether those apps follow the system proxy. To use another device, import your own subscription again and keep shared plan data in mind. See the setup guide for full instructions, then use the troubleshooting guide for specific issues.
Monthly planspreview
Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month. Choose based on your data needs. All monthly plans support unlimited devices, and data resets monthly on your activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9/month
- 60GB per month
- Unlimited devices
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- 60-day no-questions-asked refund
A good fit for browsing, research, and everyday messaging. If you stream a lot, sync to the cloud, or transfer files frequently, check your actual data usage before choosing a plan.
Choose this planMonthly plan · 250GB
¥18/month
- 250GB per month
- Unlimited devices
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- 60-day no-questions-asked refund
For a mix of work and streaming, with connections across computers and mobile devices. Data is shared across devices, so check your remaining allowance and reset date in the dashboard regularly.
Choose this planMonthly plan · 500GB
¥28/month
- 500GB per month
- Unlimited devices
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- 60-day no-questions-asked refund
For frequent streaming or file transfers. This plan offers a lower per-GB rate compared with other monthly plans; it is not an extra discount or an unlimited data plan.
Choose this planWhen deciding how much data you need, consider what you do online before counting devices. Text pages and continuous video playback use different amounts of data; file syncing, app updates, and background downloads also add up. Unlimited devices does not mean you need a larger plan. Start by noting your usual activities, then check actual usage in the dashboard before deciding whether to change plans.
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Check the order amount, selected plan, and payment status in the user dashboard. After payment, return to your account to view subscription details. If your payment result does not match your account status, keep the order record and contact support through a ticket. Do not post payment details or sign-in credentials in public forums. Read the refund policy for refund information.

Get the details on accounts, data, and access first, then move on to installation and connection.
Do I need an email address?
No email address is required; you only need a username and password. Keep your sign-in details secure and use a unique password. Sign in to the user dashboard to get your personal subscription. Do not share its link publicly or include credentials in troubleshooting screenshots. See the setup guide for installation and import instructions.
Are data limits unlimited too?
You can connect unlimited devices, but each plan has a data allowance. Monthly plans include 60GB for ¥9.9/month, 250GB for ¥18/month, and 500GB for ¥28/month. Data resets monthly on your activation date. Keep an eye on your account's shared allowance when using multiple devices; background syncing and continuous streaming also use data.
How do I choose between routes to mainland China and international routes?
Start with the direction you need for your destination service. If you are outside China and need to access content hosted in mainland China, check the routes to mainland China. For international websites, choose an international route for the target region. After connecting, open the service you need and test sign-in and loading. A connected status in the client reports the connection state; it does not replace testing the destination app.
Do data packs expire each month?
Data packs remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly plans, they do not reset each month on your activation date. Before choosing, consider whether your usage is regular or occasional, then check the plan page for billing details so you can compare the two data options accurately.
What is the refund policy, and which payment methods are supported?
A 60-day no-questions-asked refund is available. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. For an order or refund request, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with the relevant order details. Read the refund policy for eligibility details. For connection issues, consult the troubleshooting guide first, and hide subscription links and sensitive account information when reporting a problem.
